Restaurante Alcatruz was born in 1989, in Santa Luzia a fishing village on the outskirts of Tavira. Formerly a tavern, it was then transformed into a grazing house and later into a restaurant.

Since opening we have won over the public with our traditional Portuguese food, made with high quality ingredients.
